not too hard if you have at least a little previous experience. it's just a case of sanding them down, primer, then paint

a good rub down and clean them of all dirt and grease. prime, paint then lacquer.

i would suggest getting aerosols made up at your local autopaints rather than halfrauds its a bit dearer but they spray so much better and dont get choked up.

really the most important bit its getting the wheels rubbed down to give them a good "key" for the primer and make sure they are as clean and as dry as possible.

preping is the most important bit.
