Hello all!
My names Adam, im from Preston up north! 
Im 19 and this is my 2nd car.
My first was a little atlantis blue 1.2 corsa club which i eventually sold for £600.
After a few months hunting about (while being carless  ) i found this little beaut for £750!!
The car already had a few mods too it when i bought it.
It came with 15" +100 alloys (not one mark on them!), a Sportex cat-back exhaust system, black vinyl wrapped bonnet, black lexus lights (yuck!) and 60mm Jamex springs. It was honestly love at first site! 
Here it is when I first got it with my mates 1.2 clio converted to a 2.0 172 engine (very quick car!)
Then my friend said he'd swap me my headlights and £30 for a set of genuine Depos from his 1.6 sport as he was selling it. Gladly took up that offer!
So lush! 
Next job, went down to a scrappy and got myself a Tigra scuttle for £15
Dirty car as the scrap yard is a dirt track
However the other saturday I was driving through town when some bloody idiot in a passat reversed into me and then drove off! 
Although all my friends are questioning why I didn't get the reg or chase the guy, I was too busy checking out the front of my car!
Well grills been straightened out since then, lights been plastic welded back together so just waiting for a new bonnet when I get abit more cash

its fine stu. Managed to fix it back together so its sitting correctly rather than pointing down (which was an annoyance)

Just a quickie, anyone selling a bonnet? Would prefer it to be arden blue but if not can get it sprayed

Not much of an update but i've bought a white led reg light for the car and i must say it really does look really smart.
Does anybody know were i can get hold of a clear cover for the reg light?

Not been on in awhile so time for an update!
Warrington car cruise with my mates 133bhp 1.6 (still on log as a 1.2 SXI)
And now had a little photoshoot near my house with the car
6K HID kit
After the accident, I removed the vinyl then me and my mate sanded it down, primed it, then tagged it with paint pens. Temp thing till I get a new bonnet but at the moment, i love it!
Raised!
And some pictures with the tank. Its been placed here to show what my home town made in its industrial times. The barrel points towards preston
All thoughts welcome

i know its nothing to brag about. Mine went up £400 when i added the lowering springs to the policy. £225 a month is abit steep but cheapest quote I can get on the car

Okay no pictures here but just an update on how the cars doing and some plans.
So depending on the weather, im considering on debadging and derubstripping the car and painting my calipers.
Also the alloys that are currently on the car are for sale.
15" Team Dynamic 100+ blacks. In amazing condition, no curbing, no buckles (they look brand new when theres no brakedust stuck on them) 195/45/R15's on the front and 195/50/R15 on the rear. Tyres have LOADS of tread left on them.
£200 ono (OR will swap for cesaros or cavalier SRI fanblades both with tyres)

Afternoon lads!
Few updates (no pictures till i get internet at my new house)
So, start off, i've finally got myself some standard back lights and tinted the indicator and reverse lights, got myself a used arden blue bonnet for £20. Normal rust spots etc.
And i also went mad after a trip to japfest with stickers! haha. Will get pictures up as soon as I can.

So been while since i've had pictures in a post so i shall start with my favorite one!

Heres the car now with an arden blue bonnet (abit rusty around the lip but its normal. :rolleyes
painted my brake calipers and drums red. Came out really well
also started to sand down and filler the rust around the rear wiper plug but annoying i dont have enough money for paint so its going to be like that at trax 
And finally my new lights i swapped for the lexarse lights

Little bit of an update.
As some will remember at the start of this project thread the car had a bonnet covered in writing which i then replaced with a normal arden blue bonnet which most saw at trax.
Well i hunted the old bonnet out the other day and gave it to a mate who kindly welded some badboy lids onto it for £30 and said if i give him my old bonnet, he'll pull all the dints and filler the parts that need doing for me running into the summer months
Anyway enough talking and heres a piccy of it on
Not the best quality and in all honesty its far off finished but i was too excited and just had to put it on. Really dont want to take it off.... Even if it is in a mess

Hello
Two updates for ya'll
After months and months finally sold my team dynamics and picked up a full set of cavalier SRI fanblades with tyres all for a lovely price of £100
They need a refurb and pins for the centre caps
Also sprayed the bonnet black for now until its finished. Looks abit neater than being covered in writing.

Well, the corsa is now officially off the road to rebuild my little X14XE
Quite happy with having it away to be honest as it means i can save money on getting the bodywork fixed up aswell as the engine.
Need opinions though, should i colour code it or gloss black the trims?

Well, went to start fiddling with the boot the other day to start semi-smoothing it.
Took the bootlock off and found a small patch of rust..... 
Is this a normal place for rusting?
And can anyone photoshop these in white with opel badges on the centres?
