I dont have HID, not keen on them.
I have Blue 100w HB4's in my IS200, much better over standard with a slight blue tint

got 6000k on mine, imo they look the dogs in person and light the road soooooo well. deffinately worth investing. although yes i do get flashed alot even though my headlights are aligned perfectly, but then they get the inner lamps of fury flashing them back haha.

They're obviously not aligned if you're getting people flashing you
HIDs in cars with reflector headlights annoys the hell out of me, you very rarely see them working well with that setup.

I fukin hate HID's in non projector headlights. They look utter shite.
It just looks like a big messy blur of light.Scattered everywhere.

I had 8k on the previous BMW
IMO just the right amount of blue tint
4300k isthe brightest and 6000k gives crisp white light
Anything above 8000k you will struggle with lumins especially in rain as this absorbs that range of light

Some tool who had it before me has put blue headlight bulbs in it, In the fog, main beam and the dip beam.
Replaced them with the standard ones that where in the boot. Will get a set of 6k ordered on payday. Don't want to spend a fortune on them so will be scouring ebay for a bargain pair!
