if its about 96% accurate, that means 4% of the time its wrong.

Yet they never accept it could be wrong, once the lie detector result comes in they don't believe a word the person says. Never have i seen Jeremy admit it could be wrong, he says the 96% fact, then treats its like 100% fact.

For example, he has done 1000 shows now. Lets say he has done 1 lie detector per show, its probably 2 or 3 tbh.

So for 40 shows/people the lie detector could be stitching them up.

i agree with this, also kyle is local around here (ascot) and is quite often spotted by one of my bosses at work in the bookies spending shit loads on gambling

I watch it pretty much every day when I'm having dinner (Sky+) and I've only seen one example of it possibly being wrong.

You can tell by peoples reactions. The one I don't believe was a girl who had apparently cheated and just went into a state of shock when the results were read, crying and everything.

She was either a very good actor or the results were wrong. I think the audience believed her as well.

Best entertainment show on TV imo, though the little scrotes who knock kids out left right and centre because they know they'll get benefits pisses me off.

If they didn't just hand money out willy nilly for having a kid people would think twice.

Polygraphs are nowhere near 90% accurate, it's not far off 50/50 iirc.

But the idea i thought is that they do 2 or 3 questions, one usually they already know the answer too. So if one answer is telling the truth and other is lieing they can't really have any defense
