What do you use to boost your tiredness? Working into nights at the moment, and always get up early so need a little energy boost.
Bought this stuff and it was crap... any others?

Filter coffee has much more caffeine than instant.
If you drink loads of red bull it's probably a waste of time anyway, you'll be tolerant to it now.

Yeah but if you wake up later then you won't feel so tired in the evening, plus you won't need to keep drinking coffee/energy drinks etc.
Works for me

Right you lovely man listen here
for years i suffered tiredness in the mornings, used to make me late for work often, found getting out of bed very difficult, and suffered bouts of debilitating tiredness, that wouldnt wear off until at least 11 o clock sometimes most of the day.
I got fed up with it and randomly googled tiredness a few weeks ago and found a report on drinking water and that most of us are chronically dehydrated, which set alarm bells because im well known for not drinking much, people in the office whenever im offered a drink used to say he wont want one he doesnt drink.
Needless to say iv started drinking lots of water throughout the day and i feel so much better now, loads more energy and cant recall the last time i felt the tiredness of death

Started to drink a lot more water recently, aparently 2 litres a day is what you need to hydrate your body properly? Probably don't have half that in a day tbh.
You feeling better now Steve?
Skiblk - I eat very healthily, as steve said though, water intake is probably nowhere near what it should be. Will see how that goes for a few weeks.

If you are having things with lots of caffeine in then you are basically having a bit of a come down off it when it wears off so that'll make you feel shit and tired. Bad habit to get in to.

Proper coffee is good (filter/starbucks etc).
RedBull is a lot more effective when consumed with a light snack since its a digestive stimulant.
RocketFuel I agree tastes shit, isn't that effective and smells weird. However, it does come in a fucking cool jar and it smokes when you open it, which is also pretty damn cool
Getting enough water is something I'm focussing on just now. I definately don't drink 2ltrs a day. Also started on the green tea with lemon after lunch to help detox.
