Will a sub run full power of an amp bridged?

right i have a 4 channel amp (1200w)

channel 1+2 are bridged with a 1200w sub

channel 3+4 are free.

i was wondering will the two channels use all the power if so will adding my new sub (800w)
have no effect??

will i notice a diffrence? i mean i have a 1200 hooked up just wondering if i hook the 800 will i notice it?

alright but surely i could change the setting to make them sound better.
