would a 4 branch manifold hang lower or higher?

I'm lowered 60mm all round and struggle to park outside my house (half on curb half off) can only do it with less than 1/2 a tank of juice and no passengers. speed bump are an utta twat!

the front pipe is rubbing


also if i brought the back down to 80mm would it level it out or just make it worse??
