All the guys here are from an Air Freight background, mainly live in Staines/Hanworth etc..
now im not saying that those areas are rough or anything (dont want to offend anyone on here who might live around that area)
but..
Whats the problem with being well spoken ??
i dont drop my H's and T's but that doesnt really call for them taking the pee
its actually quite funny because they then try and put on a "posh" accent, which did have me in stitches

We had this conversation in the pub last night; I've got a pretty mixed up accent - a little bit farmer mixed with a little bit of Potteries, then with my Mum's poshness and 4/5 years living with Southerners - so its pretty mixed up anyway BUT the oen thing I do is try and pronounciate correctly; its in an accent but still properly spoken and I get ripped to pieces because of it.
That said, in work, I swear too much and my accent gets stronger to piss off the silver spoon brigade

Most people can't even pronounce the letter 'H' properly.

I have a pretty strange accent. A lot of my mates say I sound common with a hint of an Essex accent coming through at times, whereas my brother who still lives in Essex thinks I sound posh

Yes, as it is rude to spit, and being rude is deemed as being a commoner.

Apparently I speak pretty posh, been told a few times on nights out when trying to fire into birds "You sound dead posh" usually works as they then think you're rich and you're dicks already wet and your are out of there before they find out that you are actually not.
I am far from posh though, I just speak properly really.

I'm with you on that, and even more so when it becomes 'Sank' instead of something.
