go with liverpool vic and im sure someone mentioned they group the car on the original grouping of th std engine...i.e. 1.0 12v group 3 or something with 2 litre conv??
sure someone said this...anyone?

IIRC it's the insurance group of the engine doner car - i.e. Cav SRI

the insurance group for the 2.0 conversion is around 14, they just class it as the sames as the donor car

the insurance group of the car might not change, but your insurance will increase. and expect to have an engineers report for some companys or they wont touch you with a 20ft barge pole

what he saying that the insurance group won't change, just your be paying lots more for a car in group 3 etc

Yes, the insurance group wont change as each car has its own insurance group and whatever you do to it the group doesnt change. Think about it, you put a big body kit on and big ICE install, the insurance goes up but the car isn't then in a new insurance group.

for me at 19, 2ltr corsa, zorst, filter, rims etc, £1089 fully comp with 1 yr NCB.
