Had an awesome mk2 golf in at work yesterday/

A mk2 Rallye 4x4, in MINT conditionm but with a twist...

It has a brand new r36 engine fitted, custom inlets, custom management etc etc

I have pics to up load but I'm being lazy.

The owner is a complete VW nut, he has 2 r32's a v6 4 motion a gt tdi150 and a mk1 gti

It really was very cool

1 pic

Not sure what power it has, it was on a rolling road with a 400bhp limit, and it was wanting to go past that.

This is Big Colmans motor, he's from Invergordon I think. Storm Developments fitted the engine.

Heres a wee vid of it and some more pics

Its not running 400bhp yet, the previous engine was tho. It was the 2ltr turbo FSi unit.

Looks spot on except the rear end, smooth boots on a Mk2 are hideous. Engine install looks OEM
