What: CorsaSport @ Performance Vauxhall 2003
Where: Santa Pod Raceway, Northants
When: Sunday 15th June
Click the pic to go to the Official PV2003 Website
As some of you are aware, it is the Performance Vauxhall Show at Santa Pod on the 15th of June. There will be a CorsaSport stand at this national Vauxhall day. We have a lot of names written down, but so far, not everyone has paid. Names will be added to this list when I receive the money from you all.
Basically, the day is for pretty much for any Vauxhall, be it modified or standard.
Our stand however, is for Corsa's only - this is a Corsa Website after all.
Runs up the strip can be bought for £12 on the day, which entitles you to 3 runs up the pod!
There will also be a rolling road available for £20 should anyone want to get their cars on the rollers.
This was a superb day last year. There was around 7000 people who attend and they are expecting a lot more this year. Quite a few trade stands to buy things specific for your cars, and its another chance to meet Corsasport members who are interested in these kind of special events.
Price is £7 (£1 Corsasport Fee to cover a banner, envelopes, stamps etc) if you order with us. Whats the advantages? Well, you get a place on the Corsasport stand, which entitles you to show your car, not park out on the grass in the carpark, you also get a reduced price for booking early (£10 entrance on the day), and the opportunity to take your car up the strip. Although its a stand, we are trying to make it more of a Corsasport meet as well. Being at Santa Pod, which is near Northampton, its an even distance for a lot of people so there are no excuses.
Last year was great, it was lovely and sunny, and when you got tired of walking round the cars and spending all you money on the trade stands, you can just chill out and watch the strip action.

Thats the list who have paid, although lots of people have expressed interest. I'm sure we can get more people than that, but all it takes is for you to dip into that pocket of yours, pull out £7, and post it to Trotty. Then you dont need to worry about it till the 15th of June when you can just turn up, and park up on the stand. We should hopefully have a banner ready as well.
So, those of you who are not tight, or lazy, or boring, send Trotty a U2U, get some money sent off and have another car show booked in your diarys for 2003. I mean, £7 isn't exactly a lot of money is it!!!!!!! Unless your reaaallllly tight!
Lots of people have also expressed interest but have yet not paid! Please get your skates on!
All money HAS to be in by 5th May. Any money sent after this time will be sent back. Daimo will be collecting money at the Bluewater meet on the 26th of April should any of you wish to pay then. I will also be collecting money at the South West meet for any others.
So get your names down!!
Getting there is dead easy:
I know some people from the same region are organising convoys to go there, so why not get yourself and some local 'CorsaSport-ers' together, come along and have yourselves a good day out
If you want any info, feel free to get in touch with either myself or Daimo.
Cheers

Neither, to the west of it. Come down the M1, would be faster than goign down to Birmingham, u'd need to go along the M6 i think it is.
Straight down the M1 will take u about the same amount of time i reckon.
Could come down the saturday, and go home on the sunday eve/monday morning
