Im looking at some new wheels for my corsa...

There 16 inch and 7J wide...

Will i get away with 165/40/16 on them?

I had 165/50/15s on some 7j wheels previously and they were fine but not sure if the 10mm loss in profile will make a difference

Will be gay.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

It's a 10% loss in profile so 16.5mm not 10mm.

I have 195/40/16 with 8" and they are very streached. So be looking more stretch than mine also really even tho you will have 7" but up to you?

I had 165/50/15 bridgestone potenzas and they gripped surprisingly well.. But couldn't be bothered with having that lack of grip and potentially twatting the rim so gone for 185/45/15 and they give a very slight stretch n look good and even tho they are only nankang ns-2's they gripped much better. Did me well at Combe on Saturday lol.

Simple answer yes Antnee

Fitting some D90's to my corsa and the offset with the adaptors ends up quite low
