I'm after a good budget laminate floor supplier to provide a darkish brown coloured wood floor. It's only for a spare room/games room so not wanting anything overly expensive but definitely want something better and more durable than a roll of vinyl

If its a room upstairs then it will most likely have proper floorboards.

Sand them and stain/varnish.

Massive pet hate of mine covering up proper wood floors with shitty laminate.
