i tried to send the money for my tickets and it says i have to pay a fee of £1.90 i thought when you sent via gift no fees were involved have i done something wrong cheers.

They stopped it because people were being scammed as they chose to pay for items through the gift method, meaning they weren't covered by paypal

You do randomly get charged, because of people trying to get round fee's

It's been about along time and seems random,

I got charged couple of years back, did it the other day and no charge.
