+ a scrubbing brush, or swarfega

If you don't have swarfega get your hands soaped up with washing up liquid and pour in some sugar, works the same

Because i'm a twat for thinking I can apply it with my hands, I thought I was being crafty and clever, thinking "I can get into all the nooks and crannies now doing it this way" and didn't think much about getting the shite back off my hands :[
