Has he really made that much of a contribution to them?

Not really, he wasn't at the club when this transfer was done. He would of just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. As much as I want them to get a deduction, I also don't want to be having to play them again next year. I'll be happy whatever happens

The FA have denied the report in The Sun about the potential 15 point deduction.
Anyone else think that The Sun have now potentially sealed QPR's promotion?

As much as I hate Warnock.
West Ham did it, and deservedly survived, QPR have now done it, and they deservedly won the league. Just fine them £10m or whatever it was WHU got and leave it at that, evens it all out. And then let everyone sue the shit out of them for it as well and everything else that happened to WHU of course.

I want to see how much money they really have, and if they can finish top 10 next season (should they go up)

Was stories about Briatore selling up recently wasn't there? Or one of the other owners? Which seems very strange seeing as they're getting to where they want to be and are supposedly very rich people

I get confused as to who owns them.
First it was Briatore who owned them with rumours of Eclestone having a minority stake, something which he denied on ITV during a Grand Prix.
Then when the Renault scandal started Eclestone was being mentioned as owner.
Now its reported that they want £100m for the club.

They are by far and away the best team in the league so if they dont go up it will be a joke.
And another thing I predicted they would win the league at the start of the season and stand to win some money so they fucking well better not finished anywhere but 1st

Where do they start punishing teams properly if they just let everybody off. £10m is not a lot to a team with QPR's (supposed) funds. They need to completely ignore what happened before the ruling came in and also ignore the position the team is. They can't think "If they lose 8 points they won't go up, so we'll only take 7 off".
You've got to remember this isn't simply an admin error. They purposely broke the rules thinking they could get away with it. They haven't and have still not accepted liability. They should be taken for as much as possible.
I've changed my earlier statement, if they don't go up the bulk of their team will move on, Taarabt for example. So I don't mind playing them next year after all.

I reckon a few brown envelopes will be exchanged in the coming week.

Also another thing to consider, we got fined one point for fielding Rui Fonte back in 2009. His loan deal was a couple of hours out of date.
Based on this, if they do not get a points deduction it'll be a fucking outrage.

Well it won't affect Palaces season either way, you weren't good enough.
Suppose Sheffield United have a case.

They wont get points deducted. They have too much money and will be fined the equivelant of me being fined 10p. That'll teach 'em....

The FA put themselves in a position where this could be the only decision they dare do by letting it drag on so long (since October i believe)
They backed themselves into a corner where by they really couldnt deduct them points because of the timing, 1 hour before the last game of the season, it would have thrown the season into chaos.
Had the decision been made in say, December I've no doubt they would have been deducted some points.
