I need to convert my pdf version of my catalouge, to an online version of it.
Ive seen laods of site with online catalougues that you can view pages and flick through etc.
Anybody know if they come free from anywhere??

Have a look at LVolume and FlexPaper, they might do what you're after. But note that most of these 'catalog' viewers are flash based.

Yea all i want is a flash based thing that will just show off the catalogue i have, so i can show people the stock i keep, without the need to add it to the website just yet (i dont have the time at min)

Look at issuu.com, axmag.com, scribd.com (perhaps? can't remember if it does anything fancy), flashpageflip.com (do a free version) and qualitypublisher.com as well.

Went with quality publisher in the end. The free one was a trial for 5 days or so, with a big watermark in the middle saying so.
Paid the £6 odd to get it removed. Result can be seen in the link in my sig
