phase 2.
anyone driven one?
what they like?
i want something fairly quick with great handling.
really want a bigger car, but don't wanna pay much insurance.
think this is probably a decent hot hatch without a stupid insurance group.
1998 PEUGEOT 106 RALLYE 1.6, 1998,
R reg. 57000 miles, excellent condition outside, as new inside, full service history, 12-months MoT, lots of Peugeot receipts, one owner from new. £3,350 . o.n.o.
what you reckon?

was the handling shit hot too?
i'm not impressed with corsa handling.
i'll be downgrading in terms of age n mileage, probably condition; but want some decent performance.

They come recommended from me, I own a gti but the handling is great and its top fun to drive. Having owned a corsa and the 106 I'd deff keep the 106 over the corsa

yeah it is on his site m8 me mebering now, yeah bumper scraped on bumps etc
not to much was a great car for speed, if i got another i would have 15's and even lower with stripped out and tune it

bit diff to a tt.
would like the gti for the extras. all electrics etc, but the rallye is only a part of a second slower to 60 and is a fair few ins grps down.
gona search for that pic now.

looks quality
if it had a front splitter, then it would protect the bumper, just replace it every couple of months.
think the twin heads make quite a difference on a 106.

they are common as muck over here, i would easily say there is more 106 Rallye's than there is corsa's!!
i do like them though, especially the blue colour
