Will these pulleys stop my car running lumpy and stalling?? or can you guys recommend other pulleys?

How can you say that without knowing the spec of the engine, could have ITB's ect ect.. and just need the cam timing set up correctly by dialling the cams in, in which case verniers allow you to do so.

I bought the engine the way it is, was told and have been repeatedly told it's cammed but I dont know enough about engines or cams to tell u the spec of the cams .. sorry
