sounds like bad earthing and corsa's shouldnt be getting 105 degrees should they ?

yeah thats what i was thinking pal.
and yeah seems a bit high dont it but had a mate with a 1.5td and his didnt kick in til about 102 so just though id run it that far to be sure, didnt quite reach the red lyk

guna have another look at it again the weekend (weather permitted) let yaz nah

cheers for the help but sorted it now, checked everything again and again but still cant understand, maybe its a faulty wire somewere cos it was only getting about 10volts

just wired in a manual one from wer the gsi's have fog switch, fused and all
