Got a 1.8 astra sri in a swap for my sport, was told it needed a gearbox which ive learned is an f17 box, just wondering if a corsa box will go on 1.4 onwards?

f17 is small block so any small block box will fit such as f15 /f13 but have you checked if its hydrolic clutch or not as that might be different

no resivours under the bonnet for clutch fluid so i dont think so, f17 box is £100 or i can get an F13 for £50 but not sure how long the box will last for as its only for a 1.4/1.6
