My brothers 1.4 sport has just had a new cts fitted and for some reason the bloody thing won't start. Sensor was brand new so shouldn't be the problem?
Help!

It wasn't a genuine sensor but was brand new from a vauxhall specialist. There is a good spark and you can smell fuel on the plugs when they are removed. Havent had the ecu scanned but would a paper clip test be ok?

if the old cts was knackered maybe its flooded the plugs. take them out 1 by 1 and burn/clean the fuel off

Sensor could be dodgy, dad has bought brand new non gen sensors in the past and they've not always worked.
