I was looking online and noticed they come in 2 sizes, 20mm and 22mm.
My car has 250lb rear springs and standard GM arb.
I was thinking of going for the 20mm so the rear is not too hard, good idea or go for 22mm?

I've also got the 22mm.
Can't you soften off your shocks?

Ideally you want the rear stiffer/harder than the front to aid better turn in and front end grip, with a softer front end.
I had the 22mm rear arb and 250lb rear springs fitted to my old corsa and it handled very well.

Im using no arb on the front and a cav arb on the back and it has improved conering alot. Since taking the front arb off ive noticed there isnt as much understeer.

Aye kieran I noticed that too when I left it off after I was doing a sump on the XE, much more responsive in turn in. Makes it a bit less stable as higher speeds though imo

Aye, makes the front tyres feel as if they're needing air sometimes
