Currently driving a mini cooper s how ever after only 2 weeks decided to get a different car changing jobs and will no longer live only 1 mile from home so want some think that averages abit more then 24 / 26 mpg got £8k to play with ideally a diesel and sporty apart from that I'm easy wanting around the 40mpg mark for commuting, what would you guys go for been looking at seat Ibiza fr apart from that I'm stuck

I was looking into the mk5 gt tdi but there all around £10k for a decent one, would love a 3 series m sport but surely won't get a good one for £8k?

You could get a 120d m sport at a push with that budget. WIll be circa 70k miles though

2002 or 2003 225 S3 with a stage one remap / JR filter.
