I want to know this too as I was told to run mine without it.

dont have a heavy redtop, but removing the lower arb allows a more softer front end = better turn-in for corners, maybe coupled with an upper strut brace to?

If the rear is tight it makes the front end a bit of movement and means the inside wheel isnt lifting during cornering.
IMO, Remove it, but you might like it fitted.

I've left mine off and run a whiteline on the back. During heavy turning it's great.
I have noticed on fast sweeping bends the front seems way too light. I've disconnected the epas controller and run a microswitch so I can control the weight of it though.

Mine was removed, had an upper strut brace and a rear strut brace.
It was still shite round corners

When I first fitted my engine, I didn't have one fitted and I found when going to overtake you'd boot and pull out and it would spit you all over the shop.
Then I fitted a GSI ARB and it made it a lot more stable, on back roads, and high speed. I think a bit understeer isn't too bad, for something more stable the rest of the time.
