i thought it looked pretty smart but i still also think the ZR are really smart hatchbacks like you say pitty about reliability but i never had any problems with mine just lucky i guess

Nope and never will was close to buying an MGF before i bought the 107, but out of the people I know that has had an MG (mainly ZR's) have had faults with them.

I can honestly say i've seen more BMW's broken down on the side of the road then MG's

cant really compare it that way as BMW's are a hell of alot more common.

How do you know that the Chinese haven't gone over every little part and re-engineered it to make them more reliable? Just because it still has a 1.8T engine, doesn't mean its exactly the same and they haven't changed a thing!

its basically a revised k series i believe its called a z series or something now, comes with a redesigned cooling system, better headgasket,better fans and the same low blow turbo as the mgzt
