Doesn't impact me so don't really give a toss (talking about were it implemented in the UK) but interesting notion. Worries me mostly from the point of view of where they would replace the lost revenue from if yet more people did quit smoking. Let's be honest, we all drive the answer to that puzzle
Interesting to read the talk of banning smoking whilst driving in Jersey. Would be 100% behind that. Can't talk on your phone but can set fire to something hanging out your mouth has always been somewhat daft. Dropping your phone doesn't tend to burn your knackers either.
These smoke free parks in Glasgow are also an interesting notion. First I've heard of it

wtf, I'm not a smoker so I appreciate the no smoking in public ruling, I don't go home stinking of it and I don't have to breathe it in, happy days but that's just taking it a step to far surely?

I'm an asthma sufferer and non-smoker, and personally I would prefer it if they brought back smoking in pubs and clubs - I think it's killed the atomosphere in a lot of places. I don't feel any healthier from the bans.
