Will someone tell me how to remove the centre floor console that the gear levers mounted in, on a M reg SRI. is it hard to do?

are u replacing it or puttin the original back.....??

id just rag it off if u dont need it but i got no patience...sorry im no help but only ever removed them when strippin a car so not cared about damage
