it seems quite standard but im quite sure its stainless and the silencer is smaller than a standard one

yea, that's what i thought, it was on geordie_corsa's 1.6 sport when he got it.
only problem i have is it doesn't fit my spare de-cat that i want to put on..
sort of the same diameter going into same diameter yet its sort of male to male, neither have the cuts in to clamp down on the other if you catch my drift?

if there the same bore size then just put a sleeve on it, we sell them on ebay, find out the outside diameter of the 2 bores and i'll link you to the right sleeve

good idea cheers mate. are they clamp type sleeve or will i need to weld it?
also
id have to cut it aswell wont i?
seems like the de cats had a bit of cutting and welding done already
