I was supposed to be having them taken off by the body shop who are fitting me kit but they keep delaying me. The two flaps that are on the skirts do they just pull off and theres biolts on or something which way do they come off cos do not want to break them ? many thanks people, Paul

You sounded like you had got em off but if not.
Each Skirt is attached by about 15 White clips.
9 of 1 type go along the Sill of the car.
6 of another type go on the underside of the car.
The bit by the rear arch is held on by 1 of each type of clip.
The Underside clips you should be able to carefully unclip and then by sliding and pulling the Sill side clips should come off.
All the clips are Pot rivetted into the car so you will have to apply abit of brute force to remove them all.
