Without sounding like a prick, i think you will struggle to get £200. They need a respray and need 4 Tyres.

Can get sets for approx £300 with decent paint and good tyres. Not trying to be a prick, just being realistic.

Other option if you have the time...

Sell them individually on ebay, a mate done it recently and they went for between 70 and 90 each

they dont need 4 new tyres they need 2.
and they dont really need a respray urgently.
im asking £50 a wheel. its cheap as is.
