had abs on my first corsa, was nice to have a car with abs actually and felt much safer in the wet

Its funny how you see regular fatter people doing abs at the gym but you never see them doing cardio. Bit of a waste of time really.

I've got visible abs but never do any cardio. Weights 4x a week and a calorie deficit works for me.
