co-op are a bunch of robbing c**ts phoned up saying can we use our no claims which are in use on another policy, they said this is fine blah blah, few months down the line i still hadnt recieved my insurance documents so i phone up asking where they were and they said that the proof of no claims i sent in was not able to go on this policy as it was on another and they will not send the documents out til i pay another £1300
