O2 phone James, does it for gambling websites etc... There was a guy on here who works for them and was sorting out the verification online

Doesn't make sense, there will be more people over 18 with one than under 18, would make more sense to give an option when taking out contract.

I don't understand why people don't have a credit card? People need to be educated with money. It's a good idea to have one in case of emergancy etc. etc.

It's a ball ache. It should be an option to have it turned on, costs a pound to turn it off - even if you do get it back a few months later.
