Just had the transport company drop it off; not quite like all my cars of old but was a bargain and means spending out less on running a car!! Its a Cat D with only 18K on the clock; best bit is it came with a full tank of fuel

Plans are to repair with maybe a GTi front end and then enjoy 70MPG and £30 road tax!!

Na its lightly gone in the back of something and then looks like somethings hit it very softly at the rear. All the bumper re-enforcers straight and no airbag so must have been really soft!

How muchos you think?

It came from JCG Auto's in Birmingham.

I have now found all the parts ready to order and going to run them down myself; take them in for spraying and have the tailgate repaired; all coming in under £1K

So 4k all in for a 59 plate car with 18k on the clocks. Quality.

Are there any good websites to look at stuff like this?

Agreed, bargain, but it's gotta be one of the most undesirable new cars available at the moment The low tax and high mpg's would definitely sway me tho! I bet insurance is mega cheap too?

Didnt even realise the pics were pre repair looks clean

Is it a bargin though? Well if thats wrttern off and lets be honest the repair even with insurance repair prices and genuine parts is not going to be more than £1500 then the insurance company can't deem it to be worth a great deal more than £4.5k,

Guess a lot comes down to if that car hit the one in front or whether that it hit the car infront after being hit from behind.

I agree its pretty fugly; but we have a baby and a dog so needs to be practical which it is; insurance is £300 so half the price of the A4 estate we have at the moment.

Its not really a car i would choose but means we have a new car which should cause us little problem and expense and means i will be able to do the things i want to do to the house; such as new double glazing, extension and paved driveway pretty much staright away

£4k for a 59 plate car.

I think we need to swap email addresses and you can buy my next car for me and earn some commission
