It is brutal. Went every day for a week and sat on my arse in a silent room with 50 strangers before not being picked and being sent home.

Take a book would be the best advice.

Done it 3 times in 6 fuckin years!!! They will cover all expenses including travel, parking, food and wages. You need a good reason if you intend to postpone. If you are hourly paid you need to claim for it, if you're salary its upto your company to claim.

Mate at work said he had a holiday booked and got his postponed. When the postponed date came through he did the same trick. They never asked him again to do it

That is because you are a figment of a weirdo's imagination so committing a crime would be pretty difficult.

The directgov website explains all about it mate.

I've never been called up although I am eligible to do it. Suppose I've been lucky so far.

Why do you still post on here? If I'd done what you have and got caught out I don't think I would ever return.

It would depend on what you know or don't know as to whether or not your comment above is accurate or not.

It's all down to what you believe. Although I wouldn't say I still post here, this is probably the first time since months ago iirc. I'm not bothered enough to drag the dates up.
