It will defo need a clutch, they eat them.
Make sure the cooling system is good as these engines don't like overheating one bit....also they like to overheat A front mount radiator is a good upgrade.

bit of an update, not the car though...

garage was a tip and stopping me starting so i gave it a lick of paint... a very quick lick i might add

then me and a mate made a bench and i brought most of my tools from the shed... need to sort more tomorrow, finding it hard to get in the garage at the moment with the gf nagging me to do diy ect... will hopefully get the car started at weekend or during next week...

few pics for you lot

getting there now, two flourescent tube lights to fit at somepoint and some more gear to sort and some more shelves to fit

also found this - cold air feed of some sort me thinks

sorry if the post bored you, just letting people know where the car stands at the minute and why theres been no progress

Get some more shelves up on the walls, so you don't have anything on the floor, will be much better for working on the car then. Looking good though, wish I had a garage I could work in, some day...
