What are the exact steps you take to have a fully legal c20xe corsa

help would be great

I have rang a few places for insurance adrian flux are the cheapest so far at 1600 with 2 years ncb and no points totally clean lol

Can anyone recommend me a company please

Brentacre and HIC have always been the cheapest for me. Give them a try if you havent already

Thats a good price. Your a year younger than me and insurance companies want more than that to insure me on a 1.6.

Yea i thort it was good to

I am with brentacre at the min on my 14sport and i have just finished paying 1700 thats with 1 years ncb everything decleared

my insurance is up for renewal next month and brentacre want 2700 off me for a redtop corsa with 2 years ncb

to change it you just fill in the relevant sections on your log book (engine cc and code) and send it to the DVLA. They might ask you for an engineers report. They will probably get it wrong 2 or 3 times as well because they are useless thieving twatty bastards.

my mate says you send it off and they send you a book or somethink back

Send the log book off and you should just get an updated one back with the new engine size.

As said, you may get asked for an engineer report, its not very common though.

Oh and Brentacre have been pretty good for me and really helpful when you need anything. Better than HIC who were a bit of an arse to deal with.

What about the engine numbers on the c20xe all i have is for e.g " c20xe 15177/58 " is this correct amount ?

They dont even care about the engine number.

how long you had your licence?

think once your 21 it goes down as its the next age group (i think)

we declaired ours they only ask for the engine number on the log book & it gets changed, we didnt get asked for an engineers report but i am surprised the didnt ask
