Whats the best way to get my old bushes out and to get the new 1s in? I've heard of people having alot of trouble doing this.

drill lots of holes in the old rubber then smack them out with a hammer.

Or cover them in petrol and light them, leave for a couple of minutes burning then smack with a hammer.

new ones slot in easily
