they need to be quite high up the wall too
i have a glass electric fire but never use it because its low and was only bought to cover the hole in the chimney breats

its going in a property that will be getting rented out not many people use fires these days and its fully central heated so wanted something clean and simple dont look to bad on the pics

the first house were renting out and as its a freind renting from me iv run everything past them before i buy or get installed there happy with the lot and the fires are here and gotta say pretty impressed ended up getting some end of line electric ones for £100 each and so far so good seen the same model in a gas centre near me for £199
