Right, I want a console that is good for having mates round and playing together.
I've had a Wii before but I gave it to my mum when I moved out, so I know what they are all about.
Do I just get another Wii or do I get an Xbox 360 with Kinect?
It seems the current list of Kinect games is weak but do I take a punt and hope they release some good titles soon?

Wii is cheaper but good fun for "group" games.
360 has better graphics and choice of games.

But the Kinect is also good for group games, Sam.
I'd say Kinect as I've just sold my Wii to buy one. Might as well stay up to date with the tech available, Wii is old news now.

Get the wii back off your mum.
I wouldn't waste money on the Kinect unless better games come out.

Yes mate I know the 360 is better but the Wii is somewhat cheaper!
I've got both the Wii and the 360, I want to get the Kinect for it at some point too but I haven't seen much out for the Kinect ATM?

My living room is 20' by 11'5". Hopefully that should be enough.

Not used a Kinect, but I do have a Wii and a 360.
Given the games available and the graphics of the 360 I'd get Kinect.

Yeah thatll be fine. The larger the space the better. The technology itself is first class.
