Yeh they're re-branded Home Delivery Network - presumably in a poor attempt to shake their shite reputation

I was told DHL and Home Delivery Network merged and became Yodel.
Edit: HDN actually bough DHL's parcel operation.

Look in Premium Lounge at the whats pissing you off thread!!
We have moved over from FedEx to them, as said was HDL and they now own DHL. You will notice DHL express is now Yodel.
They do not adhere to our leave safe instructions, can not deliver in the timescales specified and find it dificult to find places that FedEx for example had no trouble finding!
They also use third party couriers for non mainland UK.
We have an increased number of complaints because of them!

It's only DHL Domestic that HDN bought.

Yeh DHL Express is a different company and always has been to DHL Domestic. HDNL bought DHL Domestic and then rebranded as Yodel. Can't see how two shit companies can make a good one but anyway...

I heard the Domestic side was given to HDNL as it was losing so much money.
