10 months ago when I was looking around for my next car and what I could insure I was getting online quotes from LV for just about anything(scooby's evo's the lot) recently when I went on I couldn't even get a quote for my MR2 I think they must have woken up and thought WTF are we doing??

I just rang them up and the women I'm on the phone to said no it's just listed as an engine modication. I was quite clear saying I had 2.1 litre engine blah and wanna be safe. Just renewed mine for £681, paying monthly. that includes my dad on the car too!

Also they will replace my mods as long as I have receipts. Sweet as!!!

I had a good quote with Liverpool Victoria, every single mod declared. Runs out in October so am dreading what the renewal will be. Probably will be selling it anyway as I want to get an Astra Gsi in September. Vauxhall Insurance quoted me £1723 fully comp which isn't bad for a 21yr old!

Can you imagine how pissed off they are going to be when they realise that you have 20k worth of reciepts!? They are muppets! Might as well make the most of their stupidity though
