Does anyone know any common faults with these? Looking to get one in the near future I think and want to know what to be wary of.

my gf former car was an Arosa (R Reg, 1.0 engine) .....i didnt think much of it. she had it from 60k to 90k miles and it showed. externally it was fine, and relatively efficent, but the interior was of poor quality materials and didnt stand up to "everyday" use.

she lost 5th gear and both elec windows failed before she got rid of it...that is my experience. i am sure the smarter versions are very nice. JC did a road test on TG a petrol vs diesel and was full of praise.

TG road test was Lupo, not Arosa. Same car, just Seat/lower end VAG spec.
