If i remember correctly, there was a bunch of you that have done this or do this?
I want to start doing it, my main questions are:
Does it hurt so much that it is a nightmare at work the next day?
How strict is the diet?
Do you need supplements?
And Does it work? (Like the videos on youtube show?)
Any good websites or info/pics of your own experiences would be great. Thanks

I did it for 60. Then got busy so couldn't finish. Diet isn't atkins at all. It's hard unless you are a monster when it comes to mental strength.

I havent got any info what so ever. was just giving it a thought, i would join the gym but due to my work hours i wouldnt be able to commit. I have heard good stuff about P90X but would like to get as much info as poss.
My job is not very active so it wont matter too much if i cant use certain muscles etc.

No, your protein is up and carbs are down, but you don't cut them out, if you did your workouts would be a bit shitty due to lack of energy

I think i could manage the diet.
As for mental strength, if i knew that there will be good results from what im doing then i think ill be fine. I used to do weights etc to the point i couldnt stand/move properly but gave it up because i didnt really have a 'plan'

Is it just one workout per day? and for how long?
What if i cant do the amount of reps etc required? is it a waste of time?

The diet for phase one is something like, 5 parts protein, 1 part carb, 1 veg, 1 fruit.
If you can only do 3 pressups it doesn't matter. I couldn't do a pull up properly when I started but could bang out 19
