read in the vw performance mag that if ya have a car that should have standard twin wipers but ya converted it to a single your now fail your MOT

is this true

thats a load of crap m8. if the sweep of the blade covers the drivers view then it will pass. They are trying to rip u off m8

As long as the wiper clears the screen so the driver can see in the wet it will pass no problems

my mate bought 1 4 his clio and they say it will fail if they are set in the middle, to pass you jus need 2 set them to the left-hand side.

they will not fail MOT if they come to rest on the passenger side of the window & clear a certain % of the window as monsuier stocker was saying

if they rest in the middle then they are considered to be obstructing the view of the driver & therefore an MOT failure

anyhow they look shite when they rest on the middle of the window
