Speculation and uncertainty always sends oil prices up. Any excuse really - don't you remember the beginning of the whole thing there and how prices increased despite the minimal Libyan contribution to world oil supplies?

Unconfirmed report from the International Criminal Council just coming out that Gaddafi himself has been "detained" too.

Which I find surprising, thought he'd blow himself up before letting himself be captured.
