I need to save a picture off someone's Facebook and associated comments before they delete it, what is the best way of doing this, either via pc or iPhone?

There's normally an option to download the picture on the bottom left.

Download
Report this Photo"

On your phone hold the home button and press the power button. It'll take a screen shot and save it in your camera roll.

Would that save the comments too? It's more the comments that I need rather than the photo itself.

Nah that was just for the pictures, if you wanted comments too then either print screen, or just copy and paste the wording.
