its such a rip off, top grade carbon fibre's only about £4 per sq metre, the resin's not expensive either. must be the moulds they use i guess...

good quialty cf is quite expensive per metre as far as i know and the money they cost is from the time to develop the mould and getting it right so it looks and fit good, I have seen procomps work and believ me the work that goes into the moulds they do is worth it

I know Kingdom developments do them for Civics. They do body kits for corsa's so you could phone them and ask.

moulds typically cost around £800 to make up, more if you want a top grade one. Then if you want a decent finish on the bonnet your looking at about 300 in materials, so 500 isnt too bad! I can get them made up from our supplier for about 450, but as they dont already have a mould we would need about 5 or so people to make it worth while and cheap for you lot, could come down to bout 400ish!

cos basically they are just a layer of carbon that is going over your standard bonnet, you'll never get the same quality of finish like rolled edges on proper ones. Plus it'll still be heavy as fuck!
Not worth anything nearly 300, especially when they dont need a mould or anything and its just a sheet, cost £50 tops to make, if that!

I own an import company anyway, and deal for VIS, so get them fairly cheap (not that cheap though!!)
