p.s. from about 1 min 14.

Guy has head tracking on his remote control f16 plane. So he is looking through VR goggles live while flying his RC plane, as if he is sitting inside it.

... end result, essentially better than a simulator, feeling of flying a real plane (being able to look out the windows etc).

heh, I think once I'm bored of racing etc, this may be my next hobby!

It's certainly safer than getting a wing suit and jumping off of cliffs.
